3D Matterport Scanning

A 3D Virtual Tour is a digital copy of a real-world space. AI (Artificial Intelligence) and machine learning technologies enable the creation of 3D virtual tours, which are dimensionally accurate 3D digital models that can be updated quickly to reflect changes with its physical counterpart.


Our preferred software partner is Matterport, for which we are the largest service provider in Sub-Saharan Africa.

A Matterport digital twin is the most accurate virtual 3D model of a real place - whether it be a room, an entire building, or an outdoor space. 3D virtual tours enable industries like real estate, education, retail, hospitality, construction, and insurance to simplify how they work and connect with customers and vendors.     


MATTERTAGS


Mattertags allows you to easily embed informative content into a 3D virtual space, these tags can range from images, videos or hosted content, and can be placed anywhere in the space.


These tags are seamlessly integrated into the model, and can be added either by Roomtech or the customer themselves.


Tags can be customised in colour and placement to suit the client needs. An example of this could be to categorise tags based on operational functionality such as electrical and structural.

Each of our customers have a unique identity, using our branding ability ensures your brand is visible at all times, giving you maximum exposure on all marketing efforts.


This also allows you to protect you IP against your competitors.
